How long will shipping take?
We ship with UPS. Here is their estimated shipping times based on your location in the USA. Get in contact with us to request an international shipment.
What is your print pricing?
All pricing is per design & includes the cost of the garment & printing. Prices increase with amount of colors in design.

What type of files do you accept?
Our preferred file types are .ai, .pdf, .psd, or .eps.
For an extra charge we can convert other file types into printable graphics.
If your file is too large for out file upload in our “start a project” form, you may email your art to info@westcliffink.com.
What is your average turn around time?
Our average turn around is 10–15 days depending on the order (specialty artwork, printing etc.). Rush orders are possible but the price increase is on a case-by-case basis.
What Are Your Standard and Oversized Print Sizes?
Standard Screen Size: Up to 12.5″ X 16″
Oversized Screen Size: Up to 15″ X 22″
*Print Size max will depend on your smallest garment size
NOTE: Artwork size stays the same throughout your entire order. Screen sizes do not increase for each garment size.
Do you offer brands that are not offered on your garment page?
Yes! But, this all depends on the brand, article of clothing, and wholesale price. Special brands will often be more expensive, and have not necessarily been vetted by us to ensure that it is a quality garment. Shoot an email to info@westcliffink.com for a question about a specific brand/product.
What is your minimum order?
50 pieces for orders with one color; 75 pieces for orders with two or more colors.
Can I get the minimum number pieces with two separate designs?
No. Our minimum depends on the screen we produce for each order, not on the number of pieces we order from our wholesaler. The minimum order for EACH screen is 50 for one color, 75 for two or more pieces (this means for each design, you must order 50 or 75 pieces).
Can I choose different items, sizes, and colors for the same order?
Yes, you can mix and match different types/colors of garments as long as the screen stays the same throughout. If you want to change the colors in the print, we have an ink change fee of 15$ per ink color change (and minimum 25 pieces per ink change).
I am missing items/received more than I ordered. Whats up with that?
Sometimes items will be misprinted or damaged in production. If this happens we will let you know before shipment and deduct it from your fee. If you got extra prints, we had extra and it is our gift to you, don’t worry about it.
Why do I have to pay before you start my order?
We have all of our customers pay a deposit (deposit percentage depends on order) before we start for a few reasons:
–to make sure they are serious about the project
–so we know the wholesale order price will be covered
–so we don’t do work that ultimately wont be paid for
I found something wrong with my order! What do I do?!
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we made an error we will take care of it!
What is a screen?
Our main printing method is screen printing, a printing process that requires individualized screens for each design. A screen is used for each color ink used on a garment. (ex. 3 Color Art = 3 Screens)
