The pricing for screen printing is varies greatly between projects.
Which is why it’s difficult to give a clear cut breakdown.
The more information you give us during your inquiry, the easier it is to give you an accurate estimate.

By having the following information ready, it allows a smooth and easy process for the both of us!

 

  • Artwork in the preferred formats (see FAQ page)

  • Specific garment brand, style, color, sizes, and quantities.
    (i.e Bella + Canvas Unisex Jersey Tee, Navy, 10S 15M 15L 10XL)

  • Resale # (if you plan to resell your items)

 

Labor

We are a small business and need to make sure our operation costs are covered with each order, which is why we have set an order minimum.
Order minimum costs are $350 + Cost of Garments

Multi-color images will require multiple screens.
We charge a screen fee of $30/screen.
If you are a returning customer using the same previous image: $15/screen

If you’re on a budget and want to keep costs low, we’d suggest doing a 1 to 2 color print in one print location.
Most commonly used would be dark colored ink on a light colored garment, with a graphic on the front.
That’s 1 color, 1 pass, 1 screen.

We can print anything your heart desires, but it’s handy to keep these rules of thumbs in mind when designing your merchandise.

Merch

The cost of your order will vary greatly depending on what style, quality, and quantity of merchandise you decide to go with. The more units you order, the higher price break you’ll see in price per garment.

Taxes

If you plan to resell your goods for profit, you can purchase your printed merchandise wholesale (without sales tax). In order to do this- we will need your Resale Number. Please have that ready during the quote process.

Extras

Artwork Fee: $20-$80 (This applies to any artwork edits or conversions. Depending on complexity.)
Color Change Fee: $20 (Printing the same image but in different colors on different garment. i.e. using white ink on some garments, then blue ink on others)
Inside Tag Fee: $1.00/ item
Customer Garment: $1.50/ item (This applies to those who want to source their own garments)
Over-sized Paper Prints (14.5″ x 20″) : $0.50/ item
Size XXL: Unfortunately those sizes cost extra due to the extra material. Price break varies.

EMBROIDERY
Digitizing Fee: $80

Shipping on T-Shirts and/or orders over $1500: FREE!
