Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with West Cliff Ink and paying the required deposit you are approving the order invoice, artwork proof given, and the following Terms and Conditions:
Payment
A deposit is required on all orders placed. The % paid in the deposit is determined on a case by case basis. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order can be shipped or picked up.
Artwork
All art must be 300dpi or vector format. All text must be converted to outlines. We will adjust artwork print size to what we thing looks best unless customer specifies specific print dimensions. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. West Cliff Ink will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork.
Turnaround
Average turnaround for most orders is 10-15 business days (Mon – Fri) plus shipping time. This turn around time is not guaranteed. Adding alternative custom print request will extend the turn around time.
Must Have Dates
West Cliff Ink will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.
Shipping
West Cliff Ink is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier.
Printing Over Seams
Inconsistencies may occur in ink coverage and registration when printing over the seams, collar or any other edges. Large prints run the risk of printing over seams. West Cliff Ink is not responsible for these inconsistencies.
Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled up until the deposit is made. Once the deposit is made, no refunds will be issued.
Garment Variances
West Cliff Ink cannot guarantee variances in size/shades/construction of garments and merchandise.
Ink Colors
If the customer does not specify a Pantone color out of a Coated Pantone Book, then West Cliff Ink uses its best guess according to our art department’s monitor. We will pick a specific Pantone for that order, and use it on all other orders to keep consistency. Ink color may vary depending on print style, garment type, or garment blend. West Cliff Ink is not responsible for these color variances.
Misprints
West Cliff Ink will not be responsible for misprints up to 3% per design.
Trademarks and Licensing
West Cliff Ink is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images, and customer assumes full responsibility for the use there of.
Claims or Errors
All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email westcliffink@gmail.com to submit your claim. In the case of an error, 100% of items must be returned to West Cliff Ink or the reprint will not be allowed.
West Cliff Ink has the right to change prices and terms and conditions without notice.
